What counts as a member?
Active members and new converts count toward your plan. Visitors and inactive members are free and unlimited.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You move to the Free plan (up to 50 active members) and keep all your records. Pay before the trial ends and your unused days carry over.
Can we pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. Payments go through Paystack, which accepts MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money and cards. Bank transfers can be arranged with our team.
Do you charge us automatically?
No. You pay for a month or a year at a time and nothing renews on its own. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends, and you keep full access for 7 days afterwards while you renew.
What if our church grows past our plan?
Upgrade whenever you like. The unused part of your current plan is credited against the new one, so you never pay twice for the same days.
Is our data safe if we stop paying?
Yes. Your records stay safe on the Free plan. Paid features pause until you renew, and nothing is deleted.
