Refund Policy
When Qavah ChMS refunds a payment, and how to ask for one.
1. In short
Your church can try Qavah free for 30 days before paying anything. Because of that, payments aren't refunded once a paid period has started, except when the charge itself was wrong.
2. How paying works
Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year. Nothing renews on its own, so we never charge you unless you choose to pay.
We remind you 7 days and 1 day before your plan ends, and you decide whether to renew.
3. When we refund
We refund the affected payment, in full or in part, when:
- You were charged twice for the same plan and period.
- You were charged a different amount from the price shown when you paid.
- You paid, but the plan was never applied to your church and we can't put it right.
4. If Qavah goes down
If Qavah is down for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, tell us within 30 days and we add the lost days to your plan, free of charge.
5. When we don't refund
- Unused time after a paid period has started, including when your church stops using Qavah or changes its mind.
- Upgrades: the unused part of your old plan is credited against the new one instead.
- Moving to a smaller plan: keep your current plan until it ends, then renew on the smaller one.
- The free trial: nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email support@getqavah.com within 30 days of the payment. Include your church's name, the invoice number from your Billing page, and what went wrong.
We reply within 3 working days.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Paystack to the Mobile Money wallet or card that paid. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account that paid.
Refunds usually arrive within 10 working days, depending on your bank or network.
